The Long-Term View on the Cycle

I think a lot of people would be surprised if you entered the year and said we're going to have a regional banking crisis that you'd have the S&P still up 7% for the quarter. But I don't think even though that's something we can see on the surface, I think that differential is really being captured mostly by professionals. Individual investors have had a hard time making the transition from taking the kind of losses that they suffered with technology last year and bringing it over into their approach this year. Technology has a long way to go, that's just this year, but probably for the next nine or ten years.
