Is There a Way to Use a Lack Channel?
Chris: We also have a channel that uses the same type of conversational intelligence that at least is talking about. And it's basically the channel that we have just any time a competitor is mentioned, will just shoot us a ping and post the message there. Am, withthat being said, like i said, clues kind of inherent two way communication features are superel fulness. In the past, before clue, we would try doing different field surveys, and to be honest, the response rates weren't good. But with clue, you know, not only can the field find out information about competitors, they can use the clue button to add something relevant.
