Renting or Owning a Home?
Not every decision has to make financial sense. It's just important to know what you're getting yourself into when you sign on the dotted line for a loan whose name loosely translates to death pact. The key to buying a home, even if you recognize that it may be a less obtimal path than renting and investing financially, is buying something that you can comfortably afford. Buying a smal, two bedroom home that is well within your means will definitely end up being better in the long run. Most people do not go from the pent house to the tiny house. They go from the one bedroom apartment to the three bedroom home in the suburbs.
