Peter Echisley who many of you know it was visiting us at FHICI and he got into a discussion with Toby Ward so they wrote a bet on our whiteboard the bet was basically by the point when we meet in the end they evolved in Telium flights in the universe that both we and the aliens are going to have stopped making meaningful technological progress. The third bet is of course the same thing but on ethics well by the point in time when humanity has expanded so far the different parts will stop losing course on contact.
