raw milk is really interesting. There's a bunch of memes right now on the internet about people getting arrested in Canada for selling raw milk, but they can traffic like drugs or something. I find my daughter drinks a lot of milk, but raw milk sits way better with her. Kids that have more dairy fat or leaner growing up. So I think for most people, including dairy, either cow or goat or sheep or camel or something is worth considering,. even into adulthood.
