Edre Club was born out of our editorial approach with LA Eats. And it really was actually trying to solve a true pain point. We've been in over 800 kitchens, interviewed hundreds and hundreds of chefs from amazing pop ups to Michelin stars,. In that process, we really learned a lot about what's working for them and what's not. The old way was a lot of triplicate, carp and copy legacy kind of approach.
