Psychiatry, It's Easier to Let Things Go
As a psychiatry, something that i've noticed is tha at sometimes what weighs people down is when they get a rejection. What happens is they have a shadow of rage. Most of us carry around a shadow in our personality. And its part of our personality that we don't want to own up to. So yes, it would be great to just let it go. But for those unfortate people who can't, it was hard. I had a a classmate once who's now a colonel in the army. He said to me, keep everything in perspective. If nobody died, you're good. You're good. As long as nobody died along the way, keep going. So
