The flight crew operations manual and checklist verification procedures must be quoted to cover all aircraft in the fleet. The Boeing 737 that gets delivered today is nothing like the one that was delivered when it first came off the line 50 years ago. Test the cockpit voice recorder every day to make sure it's working. If the plane that you're flying is not standard compared to everything else, you must have specific training that focuses exclusively on those differences. So again, just more CRM training.
