I joined in December, honestly I forget what year it is now, maybe 2017. By January we rebranded the whole company, launched the bike in two cities in San Francisco and DC. We did a BD relationship with Uber where the bike showed up in the Uber app in San Francisco which went well enough that within six months they ended up acquiring our company. And then it's rocket ship. My team grew to 40 people alone in marketing, true global impact, lots of bikes. It's hyper growth. So what you learn is extreme flexibility. You have to be extremely nimble and adaptable. I think you learn that at any company like Uber as well. The ultimate challenge for marketers
