House Bill 500 - Private Barrel Selections
The Kentucky a b c wants to update the states code for private barrel selections. Currently, one of the problems is t a distillery shall not provide more than one and three fourths ounce sample per visitor. The current code opens the door for an outside state to challenge the legality of the private barrel process. It will also exclude a distiller selling private selection packages from interlocking interest prohibition.
