I don't think the church needs to be perfect for people to get touched. It's almost some people are just so hungry. God will touch you in an average church. I remember sitting with Ralph Wolkerson. He couldn't hear very well, but he caught his wife's anointing. She would finish all of his sentences. That's the test. Oh man. Our staff will tell you, I'm like two sentences in every staff meeting.
