I Am God and Not Man

Some people get the idea that facing God will be a shaming experience. But this is where I would quote that wonderful verse in Hosea, I am God and not man. He does not judge like humans judge. Human beings throw stones when they judge. God does not throw stones. She was rebuked. She clearly was held to a standard but he did it in a way that was not shaming or condemning or throwing a stone. And that's what we need to understand. So many of us dread facing God because of our imperfections and our sins. But I am here to say that an interchange with him would leave me glorifying him,. lifted by the exchange.
