If your anger is not harming anybody else, and it is your happiness to be angry, then carry on and er. I just feel that the anger is closer to my true being somehow, right now than than before. No experience is either closer to or further from your true being than any other experience. When you say, i am angry, your being is shining in the midst of your anger as the knowledge i am. The next day, i am in love and am blissfully happy,. Your true being is shining in the experience of being in love as i am. That i am shines in the midstof the experience of anger and the experience of love equally. So finally,
