Taking a Deep Breath

Dan: I wonder if this is a type of learning and self reflection that requires a certain underlying knowledge mass to really work. Dan: We spend very little time compared to our trainees in improvement of ourselves and feedback to us. So mentorship matters. It's when you've got those nuts and bolts that it's a little more nuanced. Your approach needs feedback. Your interactions need feedback. Not necessarily you're not managing CHF appropriately.
