The Importance of Soft Skills
Aaron: I think a lot of times the soft skills get overlooked. Like you can have all the sorts hanging on your wall, you can be the sharpest tack in the box. But if you don't have the soft skills, if you're just, you know, not a nice person, uh, that's, that'll do you in more than anything. He says he tries to think like, how can I help today? Who can I help? That's not cheesy at all.
