The Motherhood Angle of Elizabeth Holmes
The New York Times ran a story about Elizabeth Holmes, the woman accused of stealing $140 million from Walgreens. The piece was meant to make her seem like someone who should not be in jail and that this is somehow unfair. This kind of thing can be done successfully but I don't know that this piece is really a good example of that. It does feel as also like some people said she had these kids in order to get a lesser sentence.
