The Impact of Time on the Environment

I'm writing a book in the background of all the stuff that I'm doing, and I'm trying to write it. The way I would look at time is I don't see it as a constraint. It could be one or the other depending on the interpretation you have on how time impacts the environment. But that's how I would view time. Time is the surface.
