After reading the oral argument, i'm still inclined to believe that the mandate is going to be stayed. I thought scott did a fantastic job getting the court to focus ically and again on this notion of it's just too far. The ohio solicitor general argued remotely after testing positive. Justac soda maor also argued remotely, and there was thoughts about why that might be. But i'll tell you the the court seemed more open to the ndate than i would have expected.
