there's no one better to have on the show to get tactical about this topic. I think that what people are really trying to figure out, which we talked about in the last episode is a lot of AI being integrated into product. Now, you're seeing more of an emphasis on integrating it into people. I think that's what you're saying is going to be more of the focus. You've been working with some teams trying to solve some really specific problems. But let's just go by roles here. If we start with sales leader, what are some ways that sales leaders can leverage AI to help them do their job better?

Yeah, totally man. That's a great question. There's a couple examples that come to mind. The way I look at it is, if let's just look at it specifically just for the leader. There's deep work examples. I did a whole write up on this step-by-step on LinkedIn where, factually, how to create an entire sales work in 20 minutes. Which sounds insane to do. You can't generate people with AI, but you could scale people with AI. One of the things I did is broke it down from understanding, if I wanted to create a sales work, it was funny. Dude, I was on my way to vacation. This year, we're going to Turks and Caicos, which is amazing. I look over, my kids both have their headphones on. My wife has her earbuds on. I was watching a movie. Nobody wants to talk to me. And I got 20 minutes before I land. Let me just see if I can make this shit happen. I'm going to make it happen. I did this experiment. Basically, I looked at this. I looked at what's the overall budget number I need to hit. That's how people look at it. What's the outcome I want? Then I said, okay, I asked the AI to create effectively a budget for a sales team of four hitting that with an average yield size of X in the next 12 months. And then I worked with it, basically created a comp plan. Then I said, okay, identify the annual quarterly, monthly, and weekly KPIs that need to evaluate them on. So then I pulled that up. And I'm like, how do I hold them accountable? What's an operating system of management to do that? So then I created a meeting rhythm with my team. So I had that management structure. And I said, awesome. Now I need to create a tech stack, right? Create a tech stack for under $1,500 for this team of four. You know, the objectives above. And then boom, it's like, hey, guess what? I created it one for only $425 a month, right? And it gave reasons why and recommendations and links. Okay, last but not least, I said, okay, create a job description. And I, there's a prompt I used to do that. And then on top of it too, I also identified like an integrated culture and motivation into that. So that's one example for like a deep work example for a leader. Another one that I'll get much tighter on and shorter is like, you could use it for predictive analysis. Or at the same time, you could look at it for client segmentation or department build out by taking CSV files or Excel files using code interpreter into basically a chat GBT, typing in a couple of commands and having it all populated, putting beautiful charts and everything for you. So those are a couple examples that come to mind when you look at it from a leadership perspective.
