Marius garvey was a man who saw that there was still possibility to start some huge in africa. After world war one, he saw an opportunity to make it happen. Garve knew that the liberians needed money. And that empire, he saw quite clearly, could be started in liberia. In 19 20, garve organized international conference for the negroist liberation movement. He would invite all the representatives of africans and diaspora from both sides of the Atlantic into madison square where they would discuss their future together. This is going to cause great rancor among black americans. It's something that's going to make many really hate an despise garvey.
