I think a lot of people mistake motion for action. Many speakers skip right over the buy-in step of everything and go right to you need this. And I'm laughing because their audience has got their arms crossed going, you didn't convince me that I needed that. Nobody likes to be told what to do. That's another reason why I love story because that has a pulling action and you can just they lower their arms. It's non-threatening and they climb right on in.
