Sleep is as important for the body as it is for the brain. People need somewhere between seven and nine hours to be fully recharged. It's the only time when we can clear the toxins from the brain. If i get four hours, i'm like a zompe. I need eight hours. Some people who are listening may have a genetic mutation. One to one and a half per cent of the population does not need a lot of sleep.
