The Breadcrumb Trail Leading Up to Overtraining
In retrospect, the breadcrumb trail leading up to overtraining becomes much more obvious. Now that we've learned some of the early warning signs, I think it'll be easy to see this again. When you move, when you otherwise don't need to, is it like spontaneous movements? There's a name for this: non-exercise activity thermogenesis. And in general, when people get overreached and also, especially if you just whack a whole bunch of calories from them, a lot of those movements then stop because the body is like, whoa, hold on. We got to try to conserve some energy here.
