The NHS is underfunded and getting worse politicians now approaching zero the moment in terms of public support. Have you ever thought about destroying your life entirely by going into politics? I would love to be given the job so i can tell everyone what to do but i'm not sure i'll probably find my way to get it. You think the next big development will be artificial like fully artificial hearts that at the moment patients aren't surviving beyond a year not many. Are there other things that can't currently be done by its special hearts such as clots, infection or brain hemorrhages which are all problems with them.
