Drug Deals - Hanky Hanks

David Hampton Butler Sr. worked with the FBI as an undercover informant from 1982 to 1984. He did all sorts of drug deals, traveling internationally and domestically. His supervisor said he helped recover more than 80 million dollars worth of drugs in 1983.
