As a selector the way I viewed the game was it's 11 people. And we've got to find a way to have an 11 that beats the other 11. So I think returning to the very, very big picture that you framed there, I think can we nudge, can we help our close colleagues? Those are a little bit like our friends and our family members. Can we just push people away from doing things where they feel they're not going to get blamed? It took me a long time to realize this but actually if I wasn't being criticized I wasn't doing my job. If you aren't finding value that otherwise would have been missed you know you're really just stealing
