Is There a Privacy Issue With Street View?
We're taking our pictures from the air, really from perspectives that many people can see. We capture at an arbitrary time of day on a few times a year. Even if you wanted to, there's no reasonable way to track individuals. It's really about looking at how the environment is changing and how urban spaces are changing. And as with all these things, look, everything comes with risks. But what it comes down to at the end of the day is it's a cost benefit trade off. You've got to mitigate the risks as much as you can and ensure that value is added. I think we're adding a lot of value.
