Do You Feel Like You're in Your Stride?
I feel like as soon as I left college, I did bits and pieces of acting for a few years. And then once I started stand up, which was about three or four years after that, I just never stopped working. Once you've done something as big as that, you do get invited to do other things. It's just the nature of the job. So it feels like getting work like that in your mid to late 40s, like after life is such a big thing. But also what was really lovely about working with Ricky, both on Derek and after life is that even though the comedy shows, I had quite dramatic roles. So I think it allowed me to get more
