Cloud Seeding - What Was Shafer's Method?
In cloud seeding, you introduce small particles into the cloud. Water from the cloud is attracted to the seeds and forms water droplets or snowflakes around it. When they get heavy enough, they fall out of the cloud and start heading towards the ground. Modern methods use similar principles to the ones that were used back then.
