Workers will say, give back something in their contract in order to keep the plant open. Workers used to strike all the time, shut the factory down. But if the job can close, if the factory can just be shut and reopened somewhere else, then shutting the factory just sort of makes that happened faster. And wyou saw this in 20 19.
