I think what the Fed is trying to do is be data dependent, and I think that is the right thing to do. The issue for Fed officials is that as soon as you get a short period of time where the data comes in a little bit more favorably, it's very hard to maintain that messaging. You have to put some probability on these kind of surprising but possible outcomes. With time, I got eight ways to go here."
