Is It 10 Years of Experience or 10 Times One Year of Repetition?
Derek: I don't think anybody needs to give you experience. It's about whether you're willing to do what it takes or you're just waiting for somebody and then hoping for the best. He says young people getting fresh out of college, outperform their seniors with 10 years of experience because of how they have applied themselves. Derek: The two skills that I've really found as being essential for producing good quality stuff are number one, being highly organized and taking the right approach.
