Are You Having a Rest Deficit?
A person with a physical rest deficit is more likely to have some type of injury. Active physical rest are those ins like yoga, or stretching, or going for a run with your wife. It's allowing the body circulation, the lymphatics, all of those systems to work at a lesser intensity. So you're still getting healing without still yet.
