Weight Lifting - What Is It Like?

I wasn't sure what to expect, obviously. I had done cardio and all these little classes for years, and i had never seen muscle. And all of a sudden, my legs began popping and i got a little bit of avs and arms. So i continued. The jim changed my life. But in a way, it did like it empowered me. Like the discipline, the grit, the resilience that was built inside of me just from lift weights is amazing. It made a huge difference in me.
