Wasm: A New Language for JavaScript

WebAssembly is meant to be very close to the low level machine languages of a lot of different machines. It's actually kind of a new language on its own. WebAssembly is easily translatable into the physical instructions for a lot of processors that exist today, including ARM devices on mobile and Intel devices on desktop.
