I stayed there for a month, sort of 17 years. It's a good run. I worked on Safe Search, worked in the ads group, and then I was on quality. For a long time, people thought Google couldn't be spammed. And so after that, I remember having an argument with a very early employee of Google who was like, well, that's easy. But fundamentally when you're synthesizing new content as opposed to just republishing old, that's harder to detect.
