Is Meditation the Best Keystone Habit?
meditation is maybe the best keystone habit. If you cultivate this ability to listen and sit still, it's going to have all these cascading effects on your life. My advice would be to start super small with the meditation. I started with one minute, honestly. Else i can do one minut every day, that's not a big deal. And then once one minute was easy, and it became easy really quicka, ok, two minutes. That's how ones aster i started that, like, pobby, eight years ago, or something lie that. Now i'm probably doing, you don't like, 20, 20, 30 minutes a day, and it built up
