How to Teach Practical Principles to Your Students

Two thinaus is talking to managers. He's relying on the on-the-job knowledge that workers and managers already have from their workplaces. But at the same time, you know, i am missing some part of the practical. And i feel as if i were to give my students just the theory of what i teach, and not two or three worked examples, they would not be able to apply these things on their own.
