The Impermanence Is a Fourier Jean-Nuz Kind of Thing.

The more broadly and inclusively you can begin to appreciate the sort of impermanence the better. In terms of the no self quality, that's another interesting one to notice that all of these are observed objects and even you can observe all the sensations in your head. And then the suffering is a sort of weird tension in the sense of practicing itself of wanting something itself. But as anybody who's done much of this will tell you, it's a powerful part of the practice that people just don't like to pay attention to but pays out really leads to good insight stuff.
