The ability to say that your code is doing the thing it was supposed to do, i feel is undervalued or underthought about. I see this not just in the domain we're talking about, whitch us, even stuff i do that's completely unrelated. This thing said about metrics, i think, is as a bit of an aside. People miss this. They try to tack it on at the end rather than saying, like, this is something we need to build in,. Andrew: "I think part of it is it's painful. It's really, it's not fun"
