I've Written a Biography of the Late Queen

I wouldn't want to be moving around like that from one palace to the next. I also wrote a biography of Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh. That's what led to my writing the book about the Queen. And he towards the end of his life, when he retired, aged 97, felt that you've done your bit,. So feel free just to relax for a while. Do it your own way, do your own thing. How strange should be somebody who has palaces to live in? There's Balmoral, there's Sandringham, all these extraordinary places. Maybe I do sometimes have that found V longing to be far away. Oh, it's just peaceful.
