Global Electricity - Nuclear Versus Wind? What's the Difference?

Nuclear delivers about ten % of global electricity nuclear. That's down from about 17 per centwichs about the global peak in the mid nineties. I think only solar nuclear can plausibly be scaled up to 20 or 40 terrawats of primary energy with reasonably low environmental footprints. There is no such thing as perfectly clean energy, but they can certainly be effectively carven free and low emissions.
