I think that's a mechanism in order to get capital into the business Which is different than like, you know a 2x or liquidation preference. I rather just take the lumps You know if instead of having sort of this Optical optics of the valuation being flat. I'd rather justtake the down round And you know everyone be on the same page and just move forward Um, it just cleaner. It's cleaner for later rounds. So um but Founder, you know, people get very emotionally charged about the number and so that's a way to make people feel more about it Kind of doing 180 do you think?
