Is It Illegal to Protest in Front of a Hospital?
Legal and civil liberties experts said that all the problematic behavior that the leaders are targeting here is essentially already covered by existing law. They urged caution against instinctively creating new laws as a response to every problem that we have. I'm curious why we avnt seen police be more hands on about this, and why haven't we seen the police do something wonder you know, trying to block ambulances and stuff like that? That is an excellent question. The stark difference over the past year mea when you look at homeless encampments, there is a very prepared response in advance of the event. Where as with the hospital protest at vancouver general hospital, it was reactive.
