How to Listen to Women in Your Church

How you actually listen is just as important as listening itself. So come along with open ears without preconceived ideas. You can start by asking what's happening now? What's a snapshot of things that are happening now? And include both the positives and the negatives. Then you want to ask, where are we going to? So what does good look like? Where are we heading? If you don't want to do this kind of approach with a group, you could also ask individual questions.
