The Neuropathology of Alzheimer's Disease
In 1996 the first family with hereditary Parkinson's disease to exactly the location where the alpha senucline was I tried to find some DNA just out of a curiosity but we were not geneticists. The following year we had that immunization actually had been found in the alpha senculine gene. We knew how they look alike in the brain but we were mainly working on Alzheimer's and the man from the temporal dementia so on. So I went to the brain back in Cambridge and I asked for some Parkinson's brains and I also was looking for dementia with robotic brains to see if this ruined body that were characteristic of Parkinson's disease neuropathologically if they contain this protein.
