Is There Such a Thing as Anger?

I'm a big fan of all feelings being welcome and not beig positive or negative. I actually think you can be grateful for feeling sad, fearful, angry, shame, guilt. And i think the far ones are really interesting, because anxiety is one of these experiences that is not a feeling per se. It's the felt experience of an unfelt eeling. But i often say to clients, if you weren't fealing anxious right now, what else might you be feeling?
