How important are Goodreads reviews these days for a book success? I mean, this is one of those factors that like is extremely difficult to actually quantify, but still probably does make a big difference. Publishers have really found ways to take advantage of that. They can find out through those connections on Goodreads what readers are interested in so they can pitch them other books.
