I've had some ups and downs with internally managing the podcast, but we've gotten it to a really great place. I love that i get to do these tuesday shorty episodes. They just feel a little bit lighter to me. And also, because running the podcast is one of the processes that is constantly running in my business, it's a great one to try new things from time to time so we can make it easier. So for example, in november, we started releasing two consistent episodes per week, a t Tuesday shorty and then a longer episode every th Thursday. But i think you also like to kind o go behind the scenes and just cong to see

The good, the bad, and the ugly about the platform that reaches millions
