The Empire State Building is 121 years old. It was a first of its kind for New York, right? Like even what you're saying that earlier, Fred, the load bearings were different. This had a steel body. And I think that's one of the reasons why it's legacy stands. But also it looks really good. So the cladding they put on it is high quality. It's terracotta and limestone. Almost like Parisian.
